We will clean both bins every 3 months.
If splitting with a neighbor, please add second address to COMMENTS
Service will be the upcoming service day after date purchased (check calendar page for upcoming service date). If purchased on a Saturday, we will reach out to advise if we are able to service same day or to schedule for following Saturday service day.
*****Due to Saturday service only, we understand that we may come across trash in the bin. We ask that you please bag your trash or ensure that it is empty upon service on Saturday. If there is “loose” trash upon arrival, we will assess and charge a $15 fee or refuse service (we will make sure to contact you first). This is for our safety due to hazards such as needles, rat poison, etc.*****
You have 24-48 hours after the service day to report if you’re unhappy with your service. Any complaints after will not be considered as we cannot prove the bin was or wasn’t serviced.
